Help with interactive map on website? I am trying to add a map of a state to a website and then have it where if people click on a certain county, it takes them to a part of the website about that specific county. Basically it should be North America showing states and counties, but without all the names of cities?

Suggestions for software I can use to map a ships track and weather conditions on the same map?
You would need a dynamic flash map where data can be read from a XML file, and then display the images accordingly to indicate the ship track, weather, etc. If you have Adobe Flash and know Actionscript/XML programming well, then you can build the dynamic map solution use these tools.
