Will I receive the download link to my files instantly after I placed an order?

You will see your download link INSTANTLY if you pay using credit card; As soon as your order is processed, an order confirmation page will be displayed, with your download link listed at the bottom of the screen. You will also receive an email subjected [ORDER INFORMATION] which also contains your download link.

If you pay using PayPal or order a discount bundle pack, you will receive your files within 24 hours (within an hour in most cases).

Please immediately contact us if you have ordered, but cannot see or receive your download link.

What is your payment method?

You can purchase our templates online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. Please contact us if you would like to use other payment methods.

I have trouble to submit order from your site. What can I do?

Please contact us with the names of the templates you would like to purchase. We will arrange for an alternative way for you to pay.

Can I refund if I do not satisfied with your template?

Since our company is offering intangible irrevocable goods we DO NOT issue refunds after the source code of template (.fla, .htm, .html files) is sent / emailed to you, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you have carefully read our 'End User License Agreement'.

We only make exceptions with this rule when the template appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
